Sorry its taken a while to post this, but would just like to thank dave and the guys at his garage for the service they carried out on my car over the weekend. Provided a top rate service for a VERY cheap price! Not only that but they even let me poke around the car while it was up on the ramp and pester them asking question after question!

Will deffinately be going back and am now contemplating what to do next after all the suggestions they provided!
