16-18 UKmpg.

You're either all terrible drivers or a centrifugal blower would pay for itself in a very short period. Mine still returns 24mpg but I do drive smoothly and don't show off. ;)

I doubt they'd be around once they'd put me in a home...still, all those fat carers would be there to steal my money and possessions to fund their drug habits...

I get about 22 MPG (from trip computer) on standard petrol.

On LPG I get about 15.5 MPG (again from trip-comp), but that's to be expected with the LPG containing less energy than the petrol.

CO2 emission are 14.8 on petrol and 12.2 on liquid petroleum gas, but the gas has the advantage of being far more clean-burning than the petrol which results in less particulates going into the atmosphere.

[As you might be able to tell, I love this techy science stuff :cow ]

No noticeable reduction in performance, apart from maybe in the standard mid-range, which at least on my automatic has a pickup which can only be improved on, something I'm hoping Surrey Mustang might be able to help with.
Petrol to LPG switching is unnoticeable.
22% more efficient manufacturing process to sell LPG as it's a by-product of creating petrol.
Oh and a big shout to Arun Auto Gas (AAG) who did an excelent job of the 'stealth' install. (Gas filler is behing the number plate - and yes thats both legal and safe certified installation)

I get 25-26 UK mpg out my V8, running it on standard Petrol.

Quite interesting to hear of someone running one on LPG, Dahk, how much did the conversion cost if you don't mind me asking? Where does the LPG tank sit? What capacity is it etc? :)

Have run mine on LPG for 2years now (45k miles). Cost of conversion £2500 all in (some on here have done it themselves).

77 litre tank sits in spare wheel recess with access behind the rear (hinged) number plate. So no visible sign it runs on LPG. 8-)

According to trip computer I'm getting 19.4 mpg running on LPG (24mpg in UK terms). No noticeable drop in perfomance.

Gives me a "combined" range of over 600 miles but tend to only run with 1/4 tank petrol at any one time.
