I've got the Redline struts which are neat but involve some minor drilling and pop-riveting. I'm not keen on all that additional metal in that kit. It seems unnecessarily bulky.

got them fitted to mine , real easy tock 5mins each side just get a helper to steady the bonnet/hood for you , no drilling needed, , suggest get them pre painted or do your self b4 fitting.

Got these on mine too, excellent quality and work very well. I can highly recommend them, the only negative is they don't do them in Redfire met.....had to have black
sorry mate i bought in soo many, infact i bought 10 extra and sold them all at waddesdon, spent the whole day fitting them, and got sun stroke in the process
i do have andys old set, but there a bit different to ours and mount half way along the car
you would have to speak to andy as to what he thinks about them
